It follows that we lose very few clients and nearly all of our new business is referred to us by our existing clients. And new clients who do decide to work with us tend to stay. We get to know them and become part of their team.
Our approach is knowledgeable, proactive and robust. We’re known for our tough can-do style, so much so, that when clients are tied into long term contracts with other HR providers who give weak and frustratingly un-commercial advice, we are often asked to come in and provide what the clients call “proper” HR support. We often manage the other providers too, taking the weight from the shoulders of the client.
We are hugely quality driven both in the HR advice and products we provide and the way in which we deliver our services.
