Many of my clients are finding that far from wanting to get back to work, some of their employees are very reluctant indeed. Or perhaps more accurately, we’re finding we’re getting more tired at the end of the working day because we’re using Zoom so much. Since the start of lockdown and an increase in home working people have reported feeling more tired after a day of virtual meetings.
