Managing discipline, grievance and dismissal

Around half of all tribunal applications involve unfair or constructive dismissal claims. This course will enable participants to practice and gain skills in preparing, structuring and conducting hearings and to increase their confidence in dealing with real life situations. One or two days. Covers:
