Even with the best trained staff, mistakes happen. We must accept that and the best thing to do is treat mistakes as learning. But it’s how the person who makes the mistake deals with it that really counts.

Man (and woman) cannot live by Zoom alone. We are herd animals and we love to spend time with others. The continuing limitations, curfews, local lockdowns etc are a source of significant frustration and the national mood is a tad grumpy.

In stressful and uncertain times like those we’re going through we need coping mechanisms and we need to maintain good health. When I wrote this my feet were hurting. Quite a lot. Peter and I had just completed an 18 mile walk.
